    Our Day of Sharing Our Know-How begins with the General Assembly and features seven engaging presentation on a variety of culinary subjects, offering members and partners a unique opportunity to learn, exchange, and inspire.

    This event is free for all members and their spouses. Guests are welcome for a fee of $75.

    Join us for a relaxed and festive Fellowship Evening at the Olde Mecklenburg Brewery, featuring casual food, drinks, and great company. The evening will also include a raffle to support the Culinary Future Foundation, helping us invest in the next generation of culinary talent. A night of friendship, generosity, and shared purpose in the spirit of our Académie.

    Under the leadership of Winnie Mui Richard (Chair, Lady of the Year & Fundraiser), volunteers from the Ballantyne Hotel and the Académie Culinaire de France will join forces with Rise Against Hunger to assemble meal kits for vulnerable communities around the world.

    11th Annual Hunting and Friendship Gala Lunch ACF/MCF/SCP.

    Sunday, February 22nd, The Ballantyne Hotel

    From 10:30 AM to 3 PM / Chefs Jacket & Medal / Others Cocktail Chic.

    Join us at the Ballantyne for an extraordinary Gala Lunch celebrating culinary excellence. This six-course menu, crafted entirely by distinguished women chefs, pays tribute to the artistry and legacy of Chef Paul Bocuse on the centenary of his birth — a feast honoring tradition, innovation, and the future of gastronomy.

    The Gala is $200 for ACF/MSC/SCP members in good standing and their spouses, as well as for new members and their spouses. The cost for other guests is $250 per person.
